This project represents a complete and ambitious transformation, converting an old nursery into a modern and sophisticated residence. Located in Lisbon, this home stands out for its contemporary design and functionality, blending comfort and innovation.

Our approach
To achieve this result, the renovation involved several structural and aesthetic interventions, such as:
- Reconfiguration of the internal spaces, with the demolition and reconstruction of walls to optimize the layout of the rooms;
- Installation of PVC window frames, ensuring efficient thermal and acoustic insulation;
- Creation of a functional attic, with structural reinforcement and integration of modern electrical, water, and sewage systems;
- Construction of concrete stairs for better accessibility between the floors;
- Interior and exterior painting, providing a flawless and long-lasting finish;
- Implementation of home automation, allowing smart control of electrical and lighting systems;
- Application of false ceilings and drywall cladding, ensuring an elegant design and improved thermal efficiency;
- Execution of metallic fencing and garden improvements, creating a safe and harmonious environment;
- Construction and waterproofing of the pool, transforming the outdoor area into a true leisure retreat.
