About the project
LusosuazFactory had the pleasure of carrying out the renovation and refurbishment of a house in Verdizela, where our team carried out a series of interventions aimed at improving both the aesthetics and functionality of the space. This project covered several areas of the property, including both the exterior and interior of the house, focusing on painting, waterproofing, system replacement, and structural repairs.
Our approach
Our detailed approach ensured that each area was treated with the utmost attention, creating a modern, efficient, and comfortable environment for the residents. Below, we present the key tasks carried out:
- Entrance Gate: Replacement of the cover and complete painting of the gate to ensure durability and a refreshed look.
- Outdoor Lighting: Replacement of the floodlights and sealing of the boxes to enhance lighting and security.
- Roof: Insulation and waterproofing of the roof, followed by painting, ensuring protection against leaks and thermal efficiency.
- Exterior Walls: Sealing of the roof stone joints to ensure the sealing of vulnerable areas.
- Walls and Garden: Removal of grass 30cm from the walls, creation of a water channel, and adjustments to the irrigation system to ensure better performance.
- Internal Structure and Walls: Filling of areas with plaster, repair of cracks, and application of drywall on the walls, followed by painting to provide a smooth and modern finish.
- Repairs in Exterior and Interior Bathrooms: Replacement of damaged tiles and complete renovation of the bathing areas.
- Windows: Replacement of the gym windows, ensuring better thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Painting: Application of fresh paint in various areas, including the front door, to give a refreshed and renewed appearance.
- Fireplace: Repair of the fireplace unit, filling with plaster and restoring its functionality and aesthetics.
