About the project
In the heart of Lisbon city, Prédio Horizonte (Horizon Building) is born, a residential development designed to offer comfort, modernity, and efficiency. Comprising 7 harmoniously distributed apartments, this building combines contemporary design with robust and functional construction. The project includes basements and optimized common areas, ensuring a practical and pleasant living experience for future residents.
Our approach
This project encompasses the execution of various construction phases, ensuring quality and efficiency at each stage, for which we carried out the following services:
Roofing
- Finalization of tile laying, ridge, and finishing touches;
- Installation of chimney caps;
- Completion of the skylight, ensuring adequate ventilation and structural reinforcement;
- Positioning of pine cones in the area of the downpipes.
Exterior
- Completion of the exterior walkway;
- Application of ceramic cladding (decking) in the basement;
- Landscaping of the rear patio.
Claddings
- Installation of ceramic tiles on the balconies, including baseboards;
- Application of vinyl flooring;
- Installation of ceramic tiles in the entrance hall and landings;
- Finalization of the garbage house roof.
Paintings
- Painting of the apartment interiors;
- Painting of the hall, stairs, and landings;
- Painting of the exterior walls;
- Painting of the main facade;
- Painting of the garbage house and common areas.
Carpentry
- Installation of doors and baseboards;
- Finalization of the installation of wardrobes and kitchens;
- Assembly of technical cabinets and security doors in the units.
Electricity
- Execution of meter boxes and riser panels;
- Assembly of the wiring devices and electrical panels per unit;
- Installation of interior lighting and lighting in the common areas;
- Application of LED strips;
- Certification of the electrical installation.
Telecommunications Infrastructure in Buildings.
- Implementation of the entry and floor boxes;
- Assembly of the ATI (Telecommunications Infrastructure Access Point) inside the units;
- Installation of doorbells and video intercoms;
- Terms of execution of the installation.
Plumbing
- Finalization of drainage boxes and sewage and rainwater connections;
- Installation of pumps and pump panel;
- Execution of meter boxes and risers for the building;
- Final connection after EPAL (Lisbon Water Company) inspection;
- Installation of heat pumps and thermosiphons.
Metalwork
- Rectification of railings and broken stones;
- Adjustment of windows and blinds;
- Application of finishing silicone sealant;
- Installation of doors, grilles, and internal stair railings.
Other Services
- Installation of sanitary ware and faucets in all bathrooms;
- Installation of appliances in the kitchens (extractor hood, oven, and stovetop);
- Installation of stone countertops and sinks;
- Finalization of the gas networks and issuance of certification.
