About the project
LusosuazFactory was responsible for the renovation and redevelopment of a cluster of 22 industrial warehouses located in Montijo, where we carried out a series of essential interventions to transform the space into functional, safe, and modern environments for industrial use. Our team approached the project in an integrated manner, executing painting works, electrical installations, drywall and partition constructions, as well as the installation of water and sewage systems and the preparation of fully equipped bathrooms.
Our approach
Below, we present the main works carried out:

Interior and Exterior Painting:
General painting of both the interior and exterior areas of all 22 warehouses, ensuring a durable finish suitable for industrial requirements. -
Electrical Installations:
Reinforcement of the warehouses’ electrical infrastructure, including the installation of new electricity poles to ensure efficient power distribution. -
Drywall and Partition Works:
Installation of drywall and creation of partitions to organise the internal layout of the warehouses, creating suitable spaces for offices and other specific needs.

Fully Equipped Bathrooms:
Complete outfitting of bathrooms with modern and functional installations to ensure comfort and hygiene within the industrial environment. -
Water and Sewage Systems:
Installation of efficient water and sewage systems, ensuring uninterrupted operation in compliance with safety regulations. -
Installation of Metal Fencing and Garden Improvements:
Execution of metal fencing and enhancements to the garden area, creating a safe and harmonious environment.
This project reflects our experience in working with large volumes of space and our ability to adapt solutions to the specific requirements of each client. The renovation of the Seixal Warehouses provides a more efficient and comfortable environment, aligned with the needs of modern industry and our clients' demands.
